Leadership


 Leadership is the ability of an individual or  group  to influence and guide the followers or other members of an organization. Leadership involves making informed and sometimes difficult decisions, formulating and expressing a clear vision, setting achievable goals, and providing followers with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve these goals . Leaders are found and required in most areas of society, from business to politics, from local to public organization. Effective leaders are characterized by self-confidence, strong communication and management skills, creative and innovative thinking, persistence in the face of failure, willingness to take risks, openness to change, balance and responsiveness in times of crisis. People who demonstrate these leadership qualities in business may advance to executive  or Clevelle positions such as CEO, CIO or President. Noteworthy individuals who have exhibited strong leadership in the technology industry include Apple founder Steve Jobs, Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.

  Amban river It is the main tributary of the Mahaweli River. It starts from the Matale and Nalanda mountains and joins the Mahaweli river near Dastota. It flows 62 miles through a series of small islands and joins the Mahaweli River. The Amban River is one of the most important rivers in Sri Lanka for agricultural purposes.
